By entering into an agreement with Mid Point Transportation LLC, the customer secures our professional services in areas such as freight hauling, dispatch, and logistics coordination. The exact scope, lanes, equipment, rates, and deliverables will be defined in a written quote, rate confirmation, or dedicated service agreement.
Mid Point Transportation LLC schedules pickups and deliveries based on information provided by the customer. Transit times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, regulatory inspections, or other conditions beyond our control. The customer is responsible for accurate addresses, appointment windows, and freight-ready loading times.
All transportation charges are billed according to the agreed rate confirmation or invoice. Accessorial fees (detention, layover, re-delivery, lumper services, etc.) may apply when incurred and will be documented. Failure to remit payment within agreed terms may result in suspension of future bookings or collection action as permitted by law.
Mid Point Transportation LLC performs services in accordance with applicable regulations and industry practice. Liability for cargo loss or damage, delays, or consequential business losses is limited as set forth in the governing bill of lading, contract, or applicable law. Customers should maintain appropriate cargo insurance when required for their shipments.
